Leeds Cruise Past Burnley 3-1 to Edge Away from Relegation Zone

Leeds United took a giant step towards Premier League safety with a commanding 3-1 victory over bottom-dwellers Burnley at Elland Road on Friday night. The victory moves Leeds to 43 points with three games remaining, virtually guaranteeing their Premier League status for another season. Their recent form of three wins in five games suggests Daniel Farke's side have found the formula when it matters most.

For Burnley, sitting on just 20 points in 19th place, this defeat leaves them 11 points from safety with time rapidly running out. Their five consecutive losses and woeful goal difference of -36 paint a grim picture for Vincent Kompany's men.
